Who I am
15+ years building and leading engineering teams, from QA foundations to scaling an enterprise automation platform at Adobe used by thousands of companies worldwide.
I'm the owner of the Automation & Integration squad at Adobe Workfront, responsible for the platform strategy and execution of the product that powers enterprise workflow automation. I manage 35 engineers across 4 teams, two engineering managers, and two architects, spanning Armenia and the US.
What I Build
Workfront Fusion is Adobe's enterprise automation platform, a visual workflow builder that connects hundreds of applications and services. As owner of the Automation & Integration squad, my team builds and owns the connectors, execution engine, and the integration framework powering it all.

Impact
Career
Leading multiple engineering teams across Armenia (Yerevan) and the US (Utah, Lehi). Driving key strategic decisions that contributed to doubling revenue and a 60% customer base increase. Scaled the platform to process 5× more load while consistently meeting SLA goals.
Owned the Workfront Fusion low-code automation platform. Led cross-functional scrum teams responsible for development, quality, delivery, reliability, and 24/7 monitoring of the Kubernetes-based microservices platform.
Managed 20+ Software and Quality Engineers in an Agile environment. Led the tooling team responsible for internal frameworks and tools. Drove SDLC process creation, unification, and optimization across multiple international locations.
Introduced modern testing practices including exploratory, security, and automated visual testing. Built release governance strategies across multiple departments, managing CAB processes and cross-team coordination.
Built a strong foundation in quality engineering, test strategy, and team leadership. Grew from individual contributor to leading a group of testers and shaping test design across the organization.
